As for the artwork I like to use the big media (paper, fabric or wood) using different techniques such as watercolor • the, coal, the pastels, collage, ink and acrylic with a preference for mixed media.

Biography

My relationship with the visual arts begun when I was a young girl, under my mother’s influence, who studied at the Fine Arts Institute in Toulouse, and my father’s, who is a professional photographer.

I prefer large formats (canvas or wood) and diverse techniques such as coal, pastel, collage, ink, watercolor and oil, which I enjoy in creating mixed media works. However, my impulsive temperament collided with the wait and patience needed for most of these techniques, so I currently work mostly with ink pens, watercolor and India ink. As a result, I have achieved a fresh and direct approach, and speed and immediacy of execution have become features of my recent work.

My work is intuitive and experimental. In my recent work I use the body and body-related items (clothing, shoes) as a metaphor of the human experience. Using seemingly "fragile" materials (paper, bouquets, flowers, etc.) I want to show that vulnerability is a strength and opportunity to connect, reflect and be authentic. The female figure has a strength, intelligence and fragility  which I compare it with nature. The transformation of human consciousness and everyday relations of life inspire me. The mundane and the metaphysical are always interconnected and always present in my work.
